Individual women may access the shelter or case management services by calling us at 414-831-0394, extension 2107 or 2105 weekdays between 8-4:30pm. After hours, please call shelter staff at extension 2153.

Families seeking services should call the 2-1-1 @ IMPACT line. While 2-1-1 @ IMPACT does not have shelter beds, they have a directory of resources available to help problem-solve housing crises or other social service needs.
