Our goal is to be the portal to comprehensive assessment services for single women and families experiencing homelessness.

Our Shelter

The Shelter program is open 365 days per year, serving up to 32 single women and 8 families per day.

Services

We also offer day services, mental health assessment and advocacy, basic health and engagement services to assist women and families with achieving established goals for independence.

Service Area

The Cathedral Center provides services to the marginalized of Milwaukee County and the tri-county area. The majority of clients come from the City of Milwaukee.

Hours and Days of Operation

Single women may access the shelter or case management services by calling us at 414-831-0394, extension 2107 or 2105 weekdays between 8-4:30pm. After hours, please call shelter staff at extension 2153. It is preferred that families be referred through the 2-1-1 @ IMPACT line.
